Ditch measures that are not useful. Often measures are retained as they are “interesting”. If the measures are not useful, and used, consider ditching them.

    Possibly the biggest sin of all is hoarding.

    Not only do you end up with an army of people producing MI, but worse still you also get to the point where you can’t see the wood from the trees.
